Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
Smart LED Series, Indoor LED Walls & Outdoor LED Signs

A return is not an option if any part of any carton or crate has been opened.

An exchange (or store credit) for a different sign size or different product is available for 30 days after receipt of Smart LED display equipment, if unopened. Contact sales rep to initiate an exchange or store credit, or call 1 (800) 762-0796.

Buyer may cancel and return their Smart LED display equipment to Smart LED, Inc. subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer needs to provide written notice to Smart LED, Inc. via email within thirty (30) days of receipt of their Smart LED display equipment. Send the email to your sales rep and cc: [email protected]. Please include your sales order or invoice # and reason for return or cancellation within the body of the email.

If Smart LED display equipment is lost in transit between the customer’s address and Smart LED, Inc’s warehouse, Buyer will incur full cost. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INSURE TO FULL VALUE ANY RETURN PRODUCTS BEING SENT BACK TO SMART LED, INC. Additional costs and fees associated with a returned or canceled Smart LED display equipment will apply as listed below.

Shipping, Handling, Restocking, Processing Fees, Costs, and Expenses

All such costs and fees are as determined by Smart LED, Inc. All canceled or returned Smart LED display equipment shall be subject to:

  • 3% administration fees*
  • Storage fees and costs associated with re-routing the Smart LED display equipment
  • Handling and restocking fee in the amount of:
    • $499 USD for each Indoor Smart LED display system
    • $299 USD for each Outdoor LED System
  • All shipping costs back to Smart LED, Inc. (and back to Buyer if an exchange)

Smart LED, Inc. reserves the right to refuse a cancellation, exchange, or return of a Smart LED display equipment. If cancellation, exchange, or return of a Smart LED display equipment is approved, any refund is subject to:

  • Smart LED, Inc. receives the Smart LED display equipment
  • Smart LED, Inc. has inspected the Smart LED display equipment
  • Smart LED, Inc. has found the Smart LED display equipment to be free of damage(s)

All returned Smart LED display equipment must be in their original, unopened packaging. Smart LED, Inc. may refuse to refund all or any portion of any deposit or payment or cancel any payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.

Custom-Made Smart LED display equipment

Custom Smart LED display equipment orders cannot be canceled or returned to Smart LED, Inc. Neither a deposit nor any payments for a custom Smart LED display equipment will be refunded. Buyer is fully liable for full payment of their custom Smart LED display equipment.

Accessories & Digital Products (Including Installations)

Buyer may cancel and return their accessories & Digital Products to Smart LED, Inc. subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer needs to provide written notice to Smart LED, Inc. via email within thirty (30) days of receipt of their accessory. Send the email to [email protected]. Please include your sales order / Invoice # and reason for return or cancellation within the body of the email.

Disclaimer

*Please note that there is a 3% administration fee on any credit card refund if you paid via credit card. If you paid via bank transfer, a $75.00 Wire Fee will be applied to your refund. If you paid by check, a $45.00 Check Issue fee will be applied to your refund. If you paid by other payments, other fees may apply and those fees will be removed from the total refund amount.
