Mostly we ask you to use the same guidelines as outdoor regular signs. You should discuss with
the client about they size they need and/or want. Then you
should discuss about their budget, since LED signs cost more then regular plastic signs The
impact and visibility of LED signs is higher than regular signs, so a smaller LED sign yields
more attention and catches more eyes than a big static plastic sign or banner.
If the LED products you order are in-stock at the time of your order, usually 1-2 weeks. If the
product is Custom or is not in stock, it takes 4-8 weeks after receipt of deposit.
You connect them with the attached connection cables on each panel, and following the shop
drawing that is included in each order. We also have installation manuals & videos.
LED Sign system sales is quite different from traditional signage. When you get a job for
a banner or a sign the sales cycle could be a short as 1 day to 2 weeks. With LED Sign sales,
sales cycles are longer, typical 1 month to 6 months, as clients have more questions and require
more follow thru and touch points as they make the final decision on size and get their finances
in order for the purchase. Offering financing , touching base every week, and offering a software
demo are very helpful to closing the LED sign sale.

In the beginning, many people are worried it will take a long time. But in reality
assembling a Smart LED sign takes nominal time, usually a 4×8 can be assembled in less than 2
hours, including unpacking, bolting the sign together, & installing the clip angles.
Like any Installation Job, this varies. But if the electrical has been done ahead of time, a typical
LED sign installation job should take no more than half-day to install at job site.

Everything is included: the sign panels, the cables, the installation clip L angles, the
brain-box w/ 4G LTE Cellular on-board, and the Smart LED Cloud Software package. The only
“options” are : Solar Power Bank / Solar Generator Option and 7 Year Extended Warranty, and

Programming the LED Panels is easy : You simply call our friendly tech-support line at
+1 (800) 762-0796 and they will program your panels while you watch , through the Smart LED
Cloud ! Once they are programmed, you can install the sign on-site, and the job is done! Please
make sure you assemble. and plug the sign in before you call it in.
